	Becoming a Z-tech Dealer You can have complete control with access to your accounts at any time from anyplace. • Secure internet access to accounts • Daily activity via fax or email • Personal receiver lines and 800 numbers • Virtual Operator that allows you to: -place an account on test -take an account off test -check test signals all simply by using a touch tone phone. • Phones answered in your company name We keep this a very simple process. An important note for our dealers; the term for the Z-tech Dealer Agreement is month to month.		Follow the steps below to become a dealer: Step 1: Review and sign the Dealer Agreement (download the pdf) Step 2: Place the dealer agreement and a sample of your Customer Monitoring Contract into an envelope and mail back to Z-tech Central. Step 3: (Optional) Mail Subscriber Information sheets to Z-tech if needed. (download the pdf) Step 4: Obtain Dealer number, Receiver phone number and Account number from Z-tech. Next Step: Your company should receive a copy of the signed Dealer Agreement and several business cards in the mail which will give you your Dealer #, Receiver #, Central Station #, Virtual Operator #, and our Fax Number. In addition to this step, a phone call can be expected from our sales department.

Placing accounts online: Complete the necessary Subscriber Information sheets. Fax to the Central Station (866-498-0159 or 901-386-5575) The Data Entry Department will enter and confirm the information into the database.

Within 24 hours, the Central Station will fax back a copy of the account Database for you to review. Most times accounts are placed into the Database within hours of receipt. If special attention to an account is needed please contact us at 877-377-1765 or 901-377-1765.

Changes to Accounts
Changes to accounts which are faxed into the Central Station should be corrected the same as a new account.

Please note: Verbal changes from Dealers are not allowed. Any customers who are requesting changes will be referred to their Dealer.

Z-tech Central allows their dealers to design their own forms for changes or new data. We have included a copy of ours on this page should you not have one of your own.

Account Numbers: Your account numbers are a total of 8 digits long. The first 4 digits are the DNIS number and the second 4 digits are the account number you program into the panel.

For example: if your receiver telephone number is 877-555-1212 then your account number would be 1212XXXX. The XXXX is the 4 digits you programmed into the panel account number location. This should be helpful when placing accounts on test or retrieving history.
